Shifts:

• 7amandndash;2pm and 4pmandndash;10pm (flexible)

Your role:

• Provide personal care, medication support, and companionship

• Help with daily tasks and maintain safe, clean homes

• Encourage independence and confidence in clients

• Support appointments and communicate with families and professionals

• Keep accurate records and raise any concerns

• Strong communication skills and reliability

• Availability for alternate weekends

• Full UK driving licence andamp; access to a car
