As the Compliance Contract Officer you will be:
Monitoring and supervising various asbestos and water hygiene regulations
Updating and maintaining the risk register
Providing advice to customers, staff and contractors regarding risk areas
Ensuring contractors meet or exceed KPIs and maintain a high standard of tenant liaison

Qualifications the Compliance Contract Officer will need:
Experience working within a social housing setting in a similar role.
Relevant qualifications within a compliance role
Knowledge of the requirements with external contractor management within compliance, specifically asbestos and water hygiene

What you will receive as the Compliance Contract Officer :
Hourly rate between -26.5030.50, dependent on experience
Flexible working
Opportunity to work with a leading housing association
3 month contract, with the potential to be extended
