Construction Manager andndash; Principal Contractor (Teesside)

Teespro are supporting a Principal Contractor delivering a major project on Teesside. Weandrsquo;re looking to appoint an experienced Construction Manager to lead daily site operations, drive safe delivery, and ensure effective coordination of all subcontractors.

The Role: Lead daily activity meetings with subcontractor representatives; report progress, risks, and blockers to the Project Director; oversee all subcontractors on site supported by Package Managers; work with the CDM and HSE teams to maintain a safe working environment; ensure smooth coordination, communication, and productivity across all site activities; maintain high standards of site discipline, housekeeping, and compliance.

Requirements: Strong experience managing large construction projects for a Principal Contractor; proven ability to coordinate multiple trades on a live construction site; SMSTS essential; CSCS Managerandrsquo;s Black Card preferred; strong working knowledge of CDM 2015, RAMS and site safety leadership; excellent communication and stakeholder management.
