Hunters' client is seeking a skilled Control Panel Wireman / Panel Build Technician to join their specialist engineering team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical technician with a background in industrial control systems, panel builds and automation wiring to work on bespoke projects within a growing and highly respected engineering company.

Panel Wireman - The Role

• Build and wire electrical control panels to engineering drawings and schematics
• Install and terminate cabling for PLCs, drives and automation systems
• Wire drive suites and industrial control components
• Assist with electrical testing and fault finding of completed panels
• Work closely with engineers to ensure panels meet technical and quality standards

Panel Wireman - The Fit

• Proven experience building and wiring control panels
• Strong knowledge of industrial wiring, cabling and electrical schematics
• Experience working with PLCs, drives and automation systems
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
