What You Will Do:

- Develop and maintain Verification andamp; Validation plans for battery control software and hardware.

- Own and manage requirements related to certification, including compliance with standards like REG.100 and UN38.3.

- Set up and manage Model-in-the-Loop (MiL), Software-in-the-Loop (SiL), and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) test environments.

- Design, build, and maintain test benches and procedures for automated and manual testing.

- Execute integration testing of supervisory controllers, Battery Management Systems (BMS), and Cell Monitoring Units (CMUs).

- Analyse test results, identify issues, and drive resolution through root cause analysis and collaboration.

What You Will Bring:

- A degree in Electrical, Computer Science, Control Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience in developing and operating MiL/SiL/HiL testing environments.

- Strong understanding of battery control systems, including supervisory logic, BMS, and CMUs.

- Excellent documentation skills to support software deployment, production release, and certification processes.

- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
