As a Customer Coordinator you will be responsible for managing client accounts, handling various enquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer service. No two days will be the same, and you will play a key role in maintaining and growing business relationships. andnbsp;
What You'll Be Doing...
- Acting as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring excellent client management
- Assisting customers with enquiries via email andamp; phone
- Managing business customer relationships and strengthening key accounts
- Handling enquiries from start to finish and providing tailored solutions
- Resolving complaints where required and ensuring a positive outcome
- Liaising with third parties andamp; internal teams to support client needs
- Completing high volumes of administrative tasks related to account management
- Previous experience in anandnbsp;Account Manager/Co-ordination/Call Handling role or telephone-based customer service/call centre experience
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Excellent multitasking and organisational abilities
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel andamp; Outlook)
