What Will You Do as a Cover Supervisor?As a Cover Supervisor in Watford secondary schools, you will:
Supervise students during lessons in the absence of the regular teacher
Deliver pre-set work and ensure students remain engaged and on task
Manage classroom behaviour effectively and confidently
Provide additional support to individuals or small groups where required
Report back to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour
You will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning and promoting a positive classroom environment.
