Are you an experienced and compassionate leader in the healthcare sector? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional care to the elderly, particularly those living with dementia? Our client is seeking a dedicatedandnbsp;Registered Care Home Managerandnbsp;to manage their care home, lead and inspire their team, a well-established care home specialising in elderly and dementia care.

You must have experience managing a current Residential and Dementia Care Home and lead from the front with your team.andnbsp;

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management:andnbsp;Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring a high standard of care is delivered to all residents.
  • Care Quality:andnbsp;Maintain compliance with CQC regulations, ensuring the home delivers person-centred care that enhances residents' quality of life.
  • Team Development:andnbsp;Lead, mentor, and support a team of care staff, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
  • Budget Management:andnbsp;Manage the home's financial operations, including staffing, resources, and budgets to ensure efficiency without compromising care.
  • Family and Resident Liaison:andnbsp;Build and maintain strong relationships with residents' families and the local community, ensuring transparency and excellent communication.
  • Care Planning:andnbsp;Ensure personalised care plans are developed and reviewed regularly for all residents, with a focus on dignity, respect, and promoting independence.
Requirements
  • Registered Manager Qualification (NVQ Level 5 in Leadership andamp; Management or equivalent).
  • Current CQC Registrationandnbsp;as a Registered Manager.
  • Proven experience managing a care home, particularly in elderly and dementia care settings.
  • Strong knowledge of dementia care best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
