Key Responsibilities:
- You must have generous, understanding, friendly customer service skills
- Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Processing orders and updating customer records accurately
- Resolving customer queries and providing timely solutions
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties
- Building positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike
- Booking deliveries and collections
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous experience within a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach to work
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
