We're partnering with a leading engineering group at the forefront of industrial innovation and digital transformation, who are looking for a professional to join their busy Customer Service team.

Role Responsibilities

  • Owning the full customer journey - from onboarding through to order delivery and beyond
  • Acting as the go-to for customer queries, resolving issues quickly and confidently
  • Managing orders end-to-end, keeping everything on track and delays to a minimum
  • Partnering with sales to build tailored solutions, pricing and quotations
  • Handling escalations, returns and claims with a calm, solutions-focused approach
  • Keeping systems and CRM fully up to date with accurate customer and order data
  • Supporting procurement and supplier coordination to ensure smooth delivery
  • Driving customer engagement and increasing use of digital and e-commerce tools

Experience

  • Previous customer service experience essential
  • Experience with CRM and Erp
