- Engage with customers via phone and email, handling enquiries in a polite and efficient manner.andnbsp;
- Promote products and services based on customer requirements.
- Update the database with accurate and up to date information.andnbsp;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions.
- Process orders and create invoices.
- Work closely with internal departments.andnbsp;
- Experience in a similar roleandnbsp;
- Experience in the automotive industryandnbsp;
- Excellent customer service skills

- Able to work as a team in a fast-paced environment
