Do you have experience in a Customer Service role in a Logistics or Transport environment?

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join an established Customer Service team in Birmingham with a view to helping the department grow.

The role involves:-

  • Customer interaction
  • Providing solutions and problem solving
  • Keeping customer records up to date
  • Helping to put processes in place
  • Drive the department forward-
  • Look after a couple of large accounts
  • Opportunity to visit customers in the future

You will have previous Customer Service experience working in Transport or Logistics, maybe working at a senior level before or looking to develop into a senior role.-

Excellent team working and organisational skills are required.
