Key Duties:
- Handle customer calls and emails, providing timely and empathetic support
- Coordinate with medical teams, hospitals, airlines, and rescue services globally
- Progress cases to resolution while ensuring excellent customer experience
- Provide reassurance and support to distressed or anxious customers
- Maintain accurate records and liaise with internal teams and external partners
What We Are Looking For:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Calm, organised, and resilient under pressure
- High computer literacy and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and switch between calls and emails
- Previous customer service, or telephony experience is required
Training andamp; Working Pattern:
- Structured six-week training (Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:30)
- 40 hours per week on a rota, shifts between 07:45 and 20:15, including weekends
Salary andamp; Progression:
- Salary between andpound;26,000-andpound;31500
- First pay rise after six-month probation
