Overview

We're looking for a Customer Services Associate to join the team on a fixed-term basis. You'll be the first point of contact for handling queries, supporting system administration, and ensuring a high standard of service in line with regulatory requirements.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming queries via phone andamp; email
  • Take ownership of queries through to resolution within agreed service levels
  • Carry out system administration and maintain accurate records
  • Support joining, moving andamp; leaving processes
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit standards
  • Investigate issues and maintain data accuracy
  • Contribute to service improvements and team performance targets

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Confident handling customer queries

This is an office based role, 35 hours per week for a 12 months fixed term contract ideally starting ASAP.
