Demolition Operative - Kensington

We're looking for a skilled and reliable Demolition Operative to join a high-end residential refurbishment project in Kensington. This is a great opportunity for those with experience in high-spec projects to get started right away.

Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out soft-strip and demolition tasks

- Support tradespeople across the site as needed

- Move and organise materials safely and efficiently

- Load skips and manage site waste removal

What You'll Need:

- A valid CSCS card

- Two recent, contactable references (site managers)

- Experience working on high-end resi refurbishments

The Role:

- Position: Demolition Operative

- Start Date: Immediate

- Location: Kensington

- Pay: -650 per week

- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
