NEOS Engineering Recruitment are working with a well-established and rapidly growing organisation within the plant and equipment sector who are looking to appoint an experienced Depot Manager to lead their Bristol operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Depot Manager, Service Manager or Senior Operations professional who enjoys leading from the front, developing teams and driving standards across a busy depot environment.

The business has built a strong reputation within the industry through high service standards, quality equipment and long-term customer relationships. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a strong operational leader to take ownership of the depot and support the next phase of expansion.

The Role

andbull; Full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the depot
andbull; Managing workshop, engineering, hire desk and operational staff
andbull; Driving performance, efficiency and customer service standards
andbull; Supporting the growth of the depot through strong leadership and commercial awareness
andbull; Ensuring all workshop operations, fleet availability and engineering standards are maintained
andbull; Managing health andamp; safety, compliance and operational processes
andbull; Working closely with senior leadership on depot performance and future growth plans

The Candidate

andbull; Previous experience as a Depot Manager, Branch Manager, Service Manager or similar
andbull; Background within plant hire, powered access, tool hire, generators, welfare, accommodation or construction equipment sectors
andbull; Strong leadership and organisational skills
andbull; Commercially aware with experience managing teams and depot performance
andbull; Good understanding of engineering/workshop operations
andbull; Motivated, hands-on and capable of leading from the front
