Diamond Search Recruitment is supporting a specialist care provider seeking a Deputy Manager to support the leadership of a residential service for young people with learning disabilities and complex health needs.

Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will play a key role in leading the team, maintaining quality standards and ensuring exceptional care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

andbull; Support the Registered Manager with day-to-day service leadership
andbull; Supervise and mentor support staff
andbull; Ensure high standards of safeguarding and care
andbull; Assist with staff rotas, training and performance management
andbull; Support Ofsted inspections and regulatory compliance
andbull; Maintain accurate care records and reports
andbull; Promote a positive and nurturing environment for young people

About You

andbull; Experience working in childrenandrsquo;s residential care
andbull; Previous senior or team leader experience desirable
andbull; Strong knowledge of safeguarding and care standards
andbull; Passionate about supporting young people with complex needs
andbull; Excellent communication and leadership skills

Desirable

andbull; Level 3 or Level 5 qualification in Residential Childcare
