About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a growing nursery setting in Enfield, EN2. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and welcoming team as the nursery continues to expand, with an additional fourth room opening in September.
The Deputy Manager will be class-based but will also support in the office when required, working closely alongside the Nursery Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the setting. This role requires someone confident in taking charge when needed, including opening and closing the nursery, overseeing safeguarding, and supporting less experienced team members.

The Ideal Candidate
andbull; Minimum 5 yearsandrsquo; childcare experience
andbull; Previous Deputy Manager experience preferred
andbull; Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
andbull; Experience supporting the day-to-day running of a nursery
andbull; Confident with opening and closing procedures
andbull; Strong understanding of nursery policies and procedures
andbull; Up-to-date training and qualifications
andbull; Excellent safeguarding knowledge
andbull; Able to support, mentor and develop less experienced staff
andbull; Passionate about helping grow and develop the nursery
