Design Engineer (Progression to Manufacturing Engineer)

£40,000 - £45,000 + Training + Progression + 33 Days Holiday + Company Benefits + Early Finish Friday

Are you a Design Engineer who has experience with SolidWorks, looking to kickstart your career as a Manufacturing Engineer in a thriving company offering you rapid progression to management within 2 years?

In this role you will be responsible for dealing with the flow and schedules of production, utilizing the usage of materials and investigating manufacturing issues. You will be working with the design team using SolidWorks to ensure products are at a high standard.

Established over a decade ago this rapidly expanding company have ambitious plans to become industry leaders. They're looking to bring in a Design Engineer to take control of the manufacturing through using SolidWorks.

This role would suit a Design Engineer with knowledge on SolidWorks, looking for clear progression routes and full industry training.

The Role:

• Using SolidWorks for the design of industrial vacuums, crushing machines and screeners
• Dealing with day-to-day tasks on the production
• Deal with the flow of production and investigate manufacturing issues
• Monday to Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm and Friday, 8:00am - 1:00pm

The Person:

• Design Engineer or similar
• Experience in SolidWorks
• Manufacturing background
