Faandccedil;ade Designer
Salary: £40,000-£50,000
Location: Watford

Our client is looking for an experienced Faandccedil;ade Designer to join their growing team, with a strong focus on cladding and rainscreen systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for a designer with proven experience within the faandccedil;ade industry who is looking to join an established business and work on a range of technically interesting projects.

• Producing detailed faandccedil;ade and cladding drawings
• Designing and detailing rainscreen cladding systems
• Working closely with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders
• Reviewing technical information and ensuring designs meet project requirements
• Producing accurate drawings and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Supporting projects from design through to delivery

• Previous experience designing cladding / rainscreen systems is essential
• Strong understanding of faandccedil;ade construction and detailing
• Experience using relevant CAD/design software
• Ability to interpret architectural and technical drawings
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Experience within the faandccedil;ade, cladding or building envelope sector

• £40,000-£50,000 salary
