DESPATCH OPERATIVE andnbsp;andndash; DAY SHIFT

We are currently recruiting for a Despatch Operative for a large prestigious Logistics company based in Tamworth. This is a Temp andndash; Possibly andnbsp;Permanent role working on set day shift

Working Hours: are Monday to Thursday: 08:00 AM to 04.30 PM

Fridayandnbsp; 07.30 to 03.00 PM

Pay andpound;12.71ph

Key Responsibilities

Booking Goods in and Out on the in house system

Stock counting and inventory management

Packing parts for stock or for outgoing orders

Line Feeding with materials using forklift or LLOP / PPT truck

Making sure all delivery of goods are despatched to the correct departments

Loading and unloading vans and Deliveriesandnbsp;

Printing off paperwork

Putting stock away in designated areas

Updating information and orders on Excel spreadsheetsandnbsp;

Moving stock using PPT or FLT as and when requiredandnbsp;

Some heavy lifting involved, within this manual role

Stock taking of products ready for Audits - Accuracy is essentialandnbsp;

Making sure inventory is correct at all times

Experience Required

Minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar environment

Be proficient on Excel and ERP / CRM /WMS Systems

Ideally hold a valid FLT Licence and driving licence

You will need to have good attention to detail for this role andnbsp;

Must have a keen eye for intricate detailsandnbsp;

You will need to have good communication and written skills

Be very numerical and methodical due to order numbers and specifications
