This is a standout opportunity for a commercially minded surveyor who thrives on shaping land and property opportunities from concept through to delivery.

Youandrsquo;ll play a key role in identifying, appraising, and progressing development opportunities across residential, commercial, and mixedand#8209;use schemes. Working closely with landowners, developers, and internal specialists, youandrsquo;ll provide strategic advice, undertake viability assessments, manage negotiations, and support projects through the planning and disposal process.

• RICS qualification (MRICS or AssocRICS)
