Gas Engineer Required andndash; Thurrock/Essex Area

We are looking for an experienced self-employed Gas Engineer to join our growing team on a full-time basis.

Position Details:

andbull; 5 days per week
andbull; andpound;270 per day
andbull; Weekly payment
andbull; Self-employed basis
andbull; 8:00am start
andbull; Overtime paid after 4:30pm at the standard hourly rate
andbull; Fuel contribution provided after the first andpound;50 per week

Requirements:

andbull; Valid gas qualifications
andbull; Own van and tools
andbull; Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
andbull; Good customer service and communication skills
andbull; Must be reliable, professional and willing to work later when required due to jobs overrunning or emergency situations

Work will primarily involve:

andbull; Boiler servicing
andbull; Boiler repairs
andbull; Boiler installations
andbull; Air conditioning installations (air conditioning experience or qualifications are not essential as training can be provided)
andbull; General heating and plumbing maintenance

The majority of our work is domestic and based within the Thurrock and surrounding Essex areas, offering minimal travel and a consistent workload.
