Key Responsibilities
- Service and repair domestic gas appliances using appropriate tools and equipment
- Carry out gas safety inspections and ensure compliance with current regulations
- Diagnose and resolve faults with strong mechanical and technical knowledge
- Provide excellent customer service when dealing with tenants and clients
- Maintain accurate job records and manage stock/materials efficiently
- Work safely and in line with company health andamp; safety procedures
- Current Domestic ACS Certificates (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, etc.)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in boiler fault finding and repairs
- Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence
