Care Assistant16.00 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay) + Mileage

Luxuricare is a newly CQC-registered domiciliary care provider covering Burton-on-Trent, Swadlincote and surrounding areas. We are currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a developing care service that is focused on delivering high-quality, person-centred care within the local community.

Role responsibilities:

• Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes
• Assisting with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Supporting clients to maintain independence and dignity
• Building positive relationships with clients and their families
• Following care plans and maintaining accurate records

What we are looking for:

• Caring, reliable and professional individuals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A willingness to learn and develop within the care sector
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential

Important information:

This role is paid at an hourly rate inclusive of holiday pay, which is reflected within the -16.00 per hour rate.
