Early Years Practitioner - Islington
A warm and welcoming nursery in Islington is looking to appoint a dedicated Early Years Practitioner for an immediate start. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years Practitioner who is passionate about supporting young children in a nurturing, play-based environment.
Role
Location: Islington, London
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time
Salary: -115 - -130 per day
Responsibilities
Support children within the nursery setting through play-based and structured activities
Work closely with the room leader and wider team to support learning and development
Assist with planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
Support children's social, emotional and communication development
Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating environment
Assist with daily routines including meals, toileting and outdoor play
Requirements
Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
Experience working as an Early Years Practitioner in a nursery or early years setting
Good understanding of the EYFS framework
Ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with children
A caring, patient and proactive approach
Available for an immediate start
