Cover People is a specialist education recruitment agency connecting high-quality educators with schools across the UK. Based in Stockport, we are established specialists in temporary and permanent recruitment across Greater Manchester, combining a personal, relationship-led approach with innovative strategy, technology and modern recruitment practices.

We are a Lot 1 approved supplier on the GCA RM6376 Framework. As part of our continued expansion, we have appointed four subcontractors across the South of the UK, strengthening our relationships with Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs), extending our geographical reach and increasing our ability to support schools nationally.

THE ROLE

Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking for our next Education Recruitment Consultant to join our Greater Manchester team.

You'll take ownership of a warm desk with existing billing, established relationships and opportunities, while having the support and freedom to develop your own client and candidate portfolio.

As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Manage and develop relationships with schools and education professionals
• Take ownership of an established warm desk
• Source, interview and match high-quality candidates to suitable roles
• Develop new business and grow your own desk
• Build long-term client and candidate relationships
• Work towards clear targets with uncapped earning potential
• Embrace new technology and systems designed to improve efficiency
• Deliver an exceptional service to schools and candidates

This is a fast-paced, commercially focused role where performance is recognised, success is rewarded and progression is genuinely achievable.
