The HSE Manager will be responsible for:

andnbsp;

- driving best-in-class performance and compliance
- continue to drive positive HSE culture and implement initiatives
- review: risk assessments, ISO standards, SOPs, fire risk and emergency preparedness
- co-ordinate the internal audit programme
- walk arounds to interpret risk and build rapport with Ops staff and stakeholders
- become a facilities expert in terms of EHS risk and procedures


The Health andamp; Safety Manager will have:

andnbsp;

- experience of working within a medium or high-risk sector, including manufacturing, utilities, chemical, industrial, waste-to-energy, FMCG (hazardous materials)
- some exposure to process safety or COMAH (or hazardous materials) would be advantageous
- Diploma preferred
- experience with most of: LOLA, PUWER, WRAS, confined spaces, noise andamp; dust, fixed wiringandnbsp;
- Influencing skills, likeable personality, able to coach andamp; mentor, driven to succeed, Lead Auditor
- Knowledge of management systems of ISO 14001, 45001
- adaptable under pressure, problem solver and a passion to learn and develop your skills
