Weandrsquo;re currently looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established and respected building services provider at a high-profile site in White City. This privately owned company is known for investing in its people and offering long-term career development within a supportive team environment.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a team of four engineers on-site, where youandrsquo;ll be responsible for maintaining both landlord and tenant areas. The role involves a mix of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks across electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.

The role involves a mix of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks across electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
- Diagnosing faults and completing electrical repairs and installations
- Working with single-phase and three-phase systems
- Maintaining emergency lighting and fire alarm systems
- Operating and monitoring BMS (Building Management Systems)
- Servicing equipment including AHUs, FCUs, VAV/VRF systems, and generators
- Maintaining pumps, motors, cooling towers, and supporting water treatment tasks (testing, dosing, inspections)
- Keeping accurate site records, including logbooks and compliance documentation
- Overseeing contractors on-site and supporting audits and quotations
- City andamp; Guilds or NVQ Level qualification in Electrical Installations (or equivalent)
- Apprenticeship background (preferred)
- Experience within building services maintenance
- Strong electrical fault-finding skills, with a good understanding of HVAC systems
- Confident communication and client-facing abilities
- Salary up to andpound;48,000, depending on experience
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am andndash; 5:00pm
- No call-out rota
