Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Liverpool Street, EC2 - Landmark Skyscraper
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Days Only (07:00 - 16:00 or 08:00 - 17:00)
Salary: Up to -47,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role

A leading facilities management provider is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a prestigious, landmark skyscraper contract in the Liverpool Street area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-profile commercial environment for a company known for delivering excellence and promoting from within.

Key Responsibilities

• Working as part of a dedicated on-site maintenance team
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
• Managing PPM schedules, logbooks, and compliance documentation
• Completing PPM tasks across a range of systems, including:
• Emergency lighting
• Fire alarms
• Lighting systems
• AHUs (Air Handling Units)
• FCUs (Fan Coil Units)
• Plant room equipment
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health andamp; safety regulations

Requirements

• NVQ or City andamp; Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
• 18th Edition (BS7671) - 17th Edition considered
• 2391 Testing andamp; Inspection (desirable)
• Strong background in building services / facilities maintenance
• Experience working in commercial environments
• Client-facing with strong communication skills
• Experience working within a team (supervisory experience beneficial)
