A leading, established andandnbsp;highly successful provider of mechanical and electrical installation services to commercial and industrial buildings seek the solid appointment of a skilled Electrical Project Engineerandnbsp;from an Mandamp;E / Building Services electricalandnbsp;installationandnbsp;projectsandnbsp;background.

Those withandnbsp;Mandamp;E installations experience in commercial and or industrial environments are of serious interest as an Electrical Project Engineer or similar.

We are looking to make an immediate appointment for an important ongoing project.

Candidates highly sought after are those naturally from an Mandamp;E / Building Services background, ideally with directandnbsp;working experience in theandnbsp;project deliveryandnbsp;of electrical installations you would expect to find in commercial and industrial settings.andnbsp;Those with any hospital / healthcare buildings Electrical services installation are highly sought after; this is not essental for the role though.

You will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the delivery of a project from a technical aspect. This role reports to a Project Manager or Contracts Manager and is site based in Ketteringandnbsp;to support the project requirements.

You will becomeandnbsp;familiar with all the project details, design and specifications whilst collatingandnbsp;technical submittals detailed by the Contracts / Project Manager and then manage this processandnbsp;liaising daily with suppliers, Site Supervisors, Project Managers, EHSQ Advisors and Subcontractors.

You will manage site QA/QC procedures including the issuing of weekly and monthly QA/QC reports as well as managing, reviewing and coordinatingandnbsp;drawings when requested.

Candidates sought will have experience in advisingandnbsp;and guidingandnbsp;sub-contracted staff on all technical aspects of projects and raise any technical requests for information required to complete the electrical installations

You will ensure compliance with all the site and project requirements, including operational health and safety obligations as well as performingandnbsp;troubleshooting techniques to identify problems and apply corrective actions whilst managingandnbsp;document control to ensure all the logs are kept up to date.

As a final, you will be skilled in creatingandnbsp;handover packs and test packs for systems installed, ready for handover.

Should you have this kind of experience, or certainly most of it, have a Bachelor Degree Level in Electrical Engineering, Building Services or an Electricalandnbsp;trade background in a similar discipline, have a comprehensive understanding of tendering processand#39;, a working knowledge in MS Project, MS Office Suite and are willing to learn and adapt to different elements of a project, then we want to hear from you for immediate consideration.
