At Liberty, we deliver high-quality, customer-focused services that improve homes and communities. As our renewables division continues to grow, weandrsquo;re looking for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to help lead our teams and ensure the highest standards across all projects.
The RoleAs an Electrical Site Supervisor, youandrsquo;ll be responsible for overseeing electrical works across installations, maintenance and repairs, ensuring all projects are delivered safely, compliantly and to a high standard.andnbsp;
Youandrsquo;ll lead and support a team of operatives and subcontractors, manage site activity, and play a key role in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise electrical operatives, subcontractors and site activity
- Ensure all work complies with NICEIC, MCS and relevant electrical regulations
- Carry out site inspections, audits and quality checks
- Provide technical guidance and support across electrical projects
- Monitor health andamp; safety, implementing safe systems of work
- Review and validate electrical certification and documentation
- Plan and coordinate materials, labour and resources to maximise efficiency
- Liaise with customers, clients and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
- Track performance, manage workloads and support continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate records, reports and compliance documentation
Youandrsquo;ll be a confident supervisor with strong technical knowledge and a commitment to delivering high-quality, compliant work.
Essential- Recognised electrical apprenticeship and relevant trade qualifications
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
- City andamp; Guilds 2391 (or equivalent inspection andamp; testing)
- Experience supervising electrical works within domestic maintenance or similar environments
- Strong knowledge of electrical compliance, safety standards and regulations
- Ability to lead teams and manage site operations effectively
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience within social housing or renewables sectors
- ECS Gold Card
- SMSTS, IOSH or NEBOSH certification
- Experience with solar PV or renewables installations
