The Role

As an Electrical Site Supervisor, youandrsquo;ll be responsible for overseeing electrical works across installations, maintenance and repairs, ensuring all projects are delivered safely, compliantly and to a high standard.andnbsp;

Youandrsquo;ll lead and support a team of operatives and subcontractors, manage site activity, and play a key role in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise electrical operatives, subcontractors and site activity
  • Ensure all work complies with NICEIC, MCS and relevant electrical regulations
  • Carry out site inspections, audits and quality checks
  • Provide technical guidance and support across electrical projects
  • Monitor health andamp; safety, implementing safe systems of work
  • Review and validate electrical certification and documentation
  • Plan and coordinate materials, labour and resources to maximise efficiency
  • Liaise with customers, clients and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Track performance, manage workloads and support continuous improvement
  • Maintain accurate records, reports and compliance documentation
About You

Youandrsquo;ll be a confident supervisor with strong technical knowledge and a commitment to delivering high-quality, compliant work.

Essential
  • Recognised electrical apprenticeship and relevant trade qualifications
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
  • City andamp; Guilds 2391 (or equivalent inspection andamp; testing)
  • Experience supervising electrical works within domestic maintenance or similar environments
  • Strong knowledge of electrical compliance, safety standards and regulations
  • Ability to lead teams and manage site operations effectively
  • Full UK driving licence
Desirable
  • Experience within social housing or renewables sectors
  • ECS Gold Card
  • SMSTS, IOSH or NEBOSH certification
  • Experience with solar PV or renewables installations
