We have a great opportunity for an ambitious maintenance technician to join the engineering team at our clients state of the art distribution centre that is easily commutable from Wolverhampton, Telford, Stoke on Trent and the surrounding areas.andnbsp;
andnbsp;
You will need to be confident both Mechanically and Electrically as you will be responding to breakdowns swiftly, keeping down time to a minimum, while carrying out pro-active planned maintenance of the automated storage retrieval system, conveyors, packaging machinery, end of line machinery and the facilities.andnbsp;
andnbsp;
andnbsp;Key Responsibilities of an Engineering Technicianandnbsp;

• Carry out planned preventative maintenanceandnbsp;
• Adhere to Health and Safety Standards at all timesandnbsp;
• Day to Day maintenance of site MHE to a high standard
• Demonstrate hands on ownership and confidence when responding to breakdownsandnbsp;
• Prioritise system faultsandnbsp;
• Accurately record work carried out
• Collaborate with colleaguesandnbsp;

Experience and Qualifications required for an Engineering Technicianandnbsp;

• Apprentice Trained or equivalent qualifications in Mechanical and Electrical Engineeringandnbsp;
• Experience with maintaining storage retrieval systemandnbsp;
• Pneumatic and Hydraulic experience would be beneficialandnbsp;
• Computer literate
• Experience with print and apply machinesandnbsp;
• Experience with general building maintenanceandnbsp;
