ROLE: Estimator
SALARY: -40,000 - -65,000 (depending on experience)
LOCATION: West London or South Wales - Potential hybrid working for an exceptional candidate / Accommodation provided
Are you passionate about precision, innovation, and delivering top-notch structural steel solutions? We are representing a highly regarded and forward-thinking steel fabrication company dedicated to excellence in every project they undertake.
They are now seeking a Estimator to join their commercial team.
The Role
Support the estimating division, setting processes, strategies, and standards.
Take ownership of all estimating activity across large-scale, high-profile infrastructure projects.
Collaborate with Tier 1 main contractors on bids, tenders, and complex structural steel packages.
Ensure accurate cost planning, risk analysis, and commercial input at every stage of a project.
Work closely with the board and senior leadership on strategy, pipeline, and delivery.
About You
Proven track record in estimating within the structural steel industry.
Solid background of working with Tier 1 contractors and understanding their processes.
Commercially astute, with the ability to balance client requirements with company profitability.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the drive to build and shape a division.
