Are you an estimator with experience in mechanical engineering or rotating equipment looking to take ownership of high-value bids within a growing engineering business?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading specialist in industrial engineering, working within a dedicated division focused on pumps, gearboxes, and rotating equipment.

In this role, you will manage the full estimating process from enquiry through to submission, producing accurate and competitive costings while working closely with engineering, commercial, and operational teams.

This position offers excellent long-term progression, the chance to mentor junior staff, and the opportunity to play a key role in shaping project success.

The Role:

*Estimator - Rotating Equipment
*Managing full lifecycle of tenders and bids
*Preparing detailed cost estimates across labour, materials, and subcontractors
*Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers
*Supporting commercial decisions and bid strategy

Candidate Requirements:

*Estimation Experience
*Background in mechanical engineering or rotating equipment (pumps, gearboxes, etc.)
*Strong commercial awareness and cost analysis skills
*Experience managing multiple bids
*Relevant engineering qualification (NVQ/HNC/HND/Degree or similar)
