We require an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO whoandnbsp;requiresandnbsp;assistanceandnbsp;across a broad range of tasks working as part of our paid and volunteer teams based in our rural offices in Windlesham. Workingandnbsp;9am to 5pm hours with free parking. We are a leading charitable organisation with national coverage and can offer an interesting and busy role as our organisation continues to develop and grow. You will ensure the efficient running of the office function, processes and procedures and office equipmentandnbsp;on a daily basisandnbsp;to ensure the CEO provides a professional service to our volunteers, fundraisers, the public and businessandnbsp;contactsandnbsp;and benefactors.andnbsp;andnbsp;

We areandnbsp;seekingandnbsp;an exceptional, highlyandnbsp;organisedandnbsp;and mission-driven Executive Assistant to work directly with the founder of multiple charities and campaigns. This is not a traditional EA role and would suit candidates who enjoy taking control of their own workload, findingandnbsp;solutionsandnbsp;and prioritising a range of priorities that can changeandnbsp;frequently.andnbsp;

The successful candidate will act as the CEOandrsquo;s right hand, overseeing diaryandnbsp;managementandnbsp;which is a key task of the role, strategic coordination, project delivery, mediaandnbsp;logistics, communications, events, fundraisingandnbsp;initiativesandnbsp;and the transition to a new wildlife hospital site.andnbsp;

You will be central to ensuring that multiple fast-moving organisationsandnbsp;operateandnbsp;efficiently and cohesively.andnbsp;

The Initial Challenge: Systems andamp; Infrastructureandnbsp;

Before moving into a steady-state executive assistant role, the successful candidate will undertake a significant period of andlsquo;sortingandrsquo; and operational design. Many of our current processes are fluid; you will be taken with auditing existing workflows, centralising fragmented information, and implementing the robust professional procedures required to support a high-profile Founder across multiple entities.andnbsp;

andbull;Complex diary management across multiple organisationsandnbsp;

andbull;Prioritisation of meetings, media appearances, siteandnbsp;visitsandnbsp;and campaign workandnbsp;

andbull;Email management and drafting responsesandnbsp;

andbull;Travel coordination andandnbsp;logisticsandnbsp;

Organisational andamp; Portfolio Oversightandnbsp;

Act as the central coordination hub across a diverse portfolio of six distinct entities, including:andnbsp;

andbull;National Advocacy andamp; Campaigning: Leading high-profile public awareness and legislative reform initiatives.andnbsp;

andbull;Frontline Conservation andamp; Rescue: Oversight of a specialist wildlife rescue and rehabilitation operation.andnbsp;

andbull;Species-Specific Protection Groups: Managing multiple focused task forces dedicated to UK wildlife protection.andnbsp;

andbull;Community andamp; Educational Outreach: Coordinating large-scale public events, festivals, and educational projects.andnbsp;

andbull;Special Projects: Monitoring timelines and deliverables for unique, mission-driven initiatives (including a major site transition).andnbsp;

andbull;Governance andamp; Strategy: Supporting reporting, trustee liaison, and strategic planning across the entire group to ensure cohesive operations.andnbsp;

Site Transitionandnbsp;

andbull;Assist with planning and coordination of the move to a new siteandnbsp;

andbull;Liaise with contractors, consultants,andnbsp;trusteesandnbsp;and stakeholdersandnbsp;

andbull;Monitor timelines and operational readinessandnbsp;

Parliamentary andamp; Political Engagementandnbsp;

andbull;Coordinating meetings and briefings with MPs,andnbsp;Peersandnbsp;and policymakersandnbsp;

andbull;Liaising with Parliamentary offices and government departmentsandnbsp;

andbull;Preparing briefing documents and campaign materialsandnbsp;

andbull;Tracking legislative developments relevant to wildlife policyandnbsp;

andbull;Supporting advocacy strategy and follow-up actionsandnbsp;

Media, Filming andamp; Public Profileandnbsp;

andbull;Coordinate filming schedules and media projectsandnbsp;

andbull;Liaise with production teams and pressandnbsp;

andbull;Assist with podcastandnbsp;logisticsandnbsp;and promotional contentandnbsp;

andbull;Support social media campaigns and storytelling initiativesandnbsp;

Fundraising andamp; Promotionsandnbsp;

andbull;Assist in campaign launches and appealsandnbsp;

andbull;Coordinate events and supporter communicationsandnbsp;

andbull;Help develop promotional strategies across platformsandnbsp;

andbull;Draft newsletters,andnbsp;updatesandnbsp;and impact messagingandnbsp;
