They are on the lookout for an Experienced Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running on their logistics and industrial projects for their team in their Leicester studio.

Duties for the role of Experienced Architectural Technologist include:

• Manage and deliver industrial projects from inception through to completion
• Prepare and submit building regulations and planning applications
• Carry out site visits to ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and other external and internal team members

Skills and experience for the role of Experienced Architectural Technologist:

• Degree within Architectural Technology
• Significant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit
• Strong experience managing projects across various sectors
• Job running experience
• Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Strong technical and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
