THE ROLE
andbull; Carry out the disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly of rotating equipment, with a primary focus on pumps
andbull; Diagnose faults and identify root causes of equipment issues to support effective repairs
andbull; Work to agreed deadlines while maintaining high standards of workmanship
andbull; Ensure all tasks are completed in line with company procedures and relevant industry standards
andbull; Assist in compiling detailed service and inspection reports for customers
andbull; Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes
andbull; Contribute to a busy service department handling a wide range of equipment from a global customer base
andbull; Participate in team-based and cross-functional activities as required
THE PERSON
andbull; Time-served fitter or engineer with relevant industry experience
andbull; Proven background in the servicing, assembly, and repair of pumps and rotating equipment
andbull; Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
andbull; Comfortable working in a fast-paced, varied environment
andbull; Flexible approach to work, with willingness to support overtime when needed
andbull; Reliable, honest, and committed to delivering high-quality work
andbull; Team player with good communication skills and a proactive attitude
