My Client, a bespoke Environmental Consultancy based in Bristol, who specialise in low carbon builds and natural flood management, is searching for a Flood Risk and Drainage Engineer to join their team in Bristol.andnbsp;

This exciting role will offer candidates the opportunity to join an innovative team who specialise in flood risk, drainage and hydrology for residential and commercial developments across the UK. andnbsp;You will have the chance to design flood risk and drainage solutions for Residential, Commercial and Retail Sectors for both public and private sector clients. andnbsp;

As a Flood Risk and Drainage Engineer you will be required to complete varied technical work including;andnbsp;

-Flood Risk Assessments for flood zone 1,2 and 3.andnbsp;

-Flood Risk Mapping using ArcGIS.andnbsp;

-SuDS Strategies.

-Drainage, attenuation and SuDS design using infodrainage and causeway flow. andnbsp;andnbsp;

-Design of sustainable drainage solutions for residential and commercial developments. andnbsp;

-Client meetings to discuss project progress. andnbsp; andnbsp;

It is essential that applicants have a strong BSc and/or MSc in Civil Engineering, Environmental Management, Hydrology or Environmental Engineering and experience working for a UK based Consultancy completing flood risk assessments, drainage strategies and SuDS design using infodrainage or causeway flow. andnbsp;

It would be beneficial for applicants to live locally as you will be expected in the office 4 days a week.andnbsp; andnbsp;
