My Client, a specialist remediation and flood risk management Consultancy, is searching for a Flood Risk Consultant to join their team in Manchester.andnbsp;

You will join a growing team of Flood Risk Consultants who specialise in flood risk appraisals and due diligence for Property Developers, Insurance Companies and Commercial Clients across the UK. andnbsp;

As a Flood Risk Consultant you will be a key part of the team, providing advice to Clients to identify cost-effective solutions to mitigate flood risk and ensure sites adhered to statutory requirements, prior to purchase. andnbsp; You will be expected to complete risk assessments, targeting flood mitigation strategies, flood risk assessments, flood risk appraisals and pre-acquisition due diligence.

You will have the chance to liaise with a variety of Clients across the UK to discuss mitigation strategies and provide advice, prior to purchase. andnbsp;

You will also have the chance to complete drainage strategies and pre-planning projects in the upcoming months. andnbsp;

Candidates are required to have an academic background in Flood Risk Management, Environmental Management or Civil Engineering and experience working for a UK based Consultancy completing flood risk appraisals and flood risk assessments.
