My client in the BD4 area of Bardford are looking for an experienced FLT Driver - Reach and Counterbalance.The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling materials, operating reach trucks safely, and supporting overall warehouse operations.This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with warehouse experience and knowledge to contribute to a well-organised logistics environment.The position is suitable for those eager to develop their skills within a professional setting.ResponsibilitiesSafely operate reach trucks to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouseManage stock levels using the warehouse management system (WMS) to ensure accurate inventory controlAssist with shipping and receiving activities, including verifying incoming and outgoing goodsHandle materials carefully, ensuring proper stacking and storage in designated areasConduct routine inspections of equipment to maintain safety standardsSupport with general warehouse duties such as organising stock and maintaining a clean work environmentTroubleshoot minor issues with equipment when necessaryApply basic maths skills for counting, measuring, and recording quantities accuratelyQualifications2 year proven experience operating reach trucks or similar forklift equipment in a warehouse settingFamiliarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory proceduresKnowledge of materials handling techniques and safety protocolsAbility to lift heavy loads safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularlyStrong organisational skills with attention to detail for accurate stock managementBasic mathematical skills for counting, weighing, and recording data accuratelyPrior experience in shipping and receiving operations is advantageousGood communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a teamWorking Days / Afters (6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm)IND123Work Location: In person
