DT / FOOD TECHNOLOGY TEACHER - Required from September
The school is seeking an enthusiastic DT / Food Technology Teacher who can deliver engaging lessons across Design Technology and teach Food Technology up to GCSE level.
The successful DT / Food Technology Teacher will:
- Teach Food Technology to GCSE
- Deliver high-quality lessons across Design Technology
- Inspire students through creative and practical learning
- Work collaboratively within a successful DT department
- Support students of all abilities to achieve strong outcomes
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the school
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate DT Teacher or Food Technology Teacher looking to join a forward-thinking and ambitious school environment.
THE IDEAL DT / FOOD TECHNOLOGY TEACHER WILL HAVE:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- A minimum of 2 years' UK teaching experience
- Strong experience teaching Food Technology to GCSE
- The ability to teach across Design Technology and Food Technology
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- A creative and engaging teaching style
- UK-trained teaching experience (desirable)
- A genuine passion for practical and creative subjects
