The Supply Register is working in partnership with a forward-thinking secondary school in Chesterfield to recruit a Full-Time Design andamp; Technology Teacher.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate DT specialist who wants to inspire students through creativity, practical learning, and innovation across Key Stage 3 and 4.

The role includes:
andbull; Delivering engaging Design andamp; Technology lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
andbull; Developing studentsandrsquo; practical skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
andbull; Assessing, tracking, and supporting student progress
andbull; Maintaining a safe and organised workshop environment
andbull; Supporting curriculum development and enrichment opportunities
andbull; Working collaboratively within a supportive DT department

Weandrsquo;re looking for candidates who:
andbull; Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
andbull; Have experience teaching Design andamp; Technology at secondary level
andbull; Have strong subject knowledge (e.g. Product Design, Engineering, Resistant Materials, or similar)
andbull; Are passionate about practical learning and student achievement
andbull; Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management
andbull; Work effectively as part of a team
