Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established National Heating contractor operatingandnbsp;within the Local Authority sector.
They require a self-employedandnbsp;Domestic Gas Service Engineer to carry out annual Landlord Gas Safety Registrations for a Local Council.
Parking and congestion fully paid by the company
Contract work with a andpound;125 per day retainer guaranteed plus LGSR`s price per job

Work Type:andnbsp;Annual Landlord Gas Safety Registrations - pre-booked appointments via appandnbsp;
Location: Notting Hill
Working days:andnbsp;Monday to Friday 5 days per week
Rates:andnbsp;andpound;23.50 per completed LGSR (average 10-12 completed LGSR`s per day)
Plusandnbsp;andpound;3 per smoke alarm and andpound;30 per LGSR for OOH workandnbsp;
Payment Terms:andnbsp;Weekly one week in hand
Requirements:
Experience servicing boilers and gas appliances
Domestic ACS qualifications including CKR1 and HTR1
Gas Safe Registration
Own van or car permitted
Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser
Public Liability Insurance - andpound;2,000,000
