About the roleandhellip;andnbsp;

As Group Finance Business Partneryou will play a key role in supporting Group reporting and strengthening financial controls across the business. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide high-quality technical accounting support while gaining broad exposure to Group finances within a fast?paced, growing organisation. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a technically strong accountant looking to develop within a dynamic and evolving environment.andnbsp;

As aandnbsp;Groupandnbsp;Finance Businessandnbsp;Partnerandnbsp;you willandhellip;andnbsp;

  1. Support GFC with month-end reporting and preparation of financials for board meetingsandnbsp;

  1. Support with tax compliance and submissions, incl. VAT, Corp. Tax, PAYE, PSA and P11Dsandnbsp;andnbsp;

  1. Support GFC with financial controls across the Group;andnbsp;andnbsp;

  1. Standardise and develop Group wide processes and reportingandnbsp;

  1. Assist various Group treasury roles, incl. payment approvals, credit cards and expensesandnbsp;andnbsp;

  1. Monitor divisional compliance with accounting standards and Group accounting policies.andnbsp;

  1. Implement new and / or updated accounting standards across the Group where necessary.andnbsp;andnbsp;

  1. Supportandnbsp;ad hocandnbsp;projects including assistance with potential acquisitionsandnbsp;andnbsp;

About youandhellip;andnbsp;
andnbsp;
Youandrsquo;ll be a qualified ACA,andnbsp;ACCAandnbsp;or CIMAandnbsp;accountant, ideally trained within practice, with strong technical accounting expertise and experience preparing statutory accounts for a Group of companies. You will have a solid understanding of accounting standards, financial controls, and audit processes, supported by excellent Microsoft Officeandnbsp;skillsandmdash;particularly advanced Excel and strong reporting capability.andnbsp;

You are a confident communicator who thrives in a fast?paced environment and takes a structured, methodical approach to problem-solving. Highly organised and detail-focused, youandrsquo;re able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines while working collaboratively as part of a team. You bring a genuine interest in business and finance, alongside strong IT skills and a proactive, professional mindset.andnbsp;
