As a Group HSE Manager, you have a knack for sensing when things aren't quite right...

That's where you step in.

As Group HSE Manager, you won't be handed a large team.
andnbsp;
Instead, you'll be building one... but not in the traditional sense.
andnbsp;
Across locations in Kingswinford, Fareham, Colchester, and Ireland, you'll develop a network of individuals who take ownership of health and safety in their respective areas. Not direct reports, but ambassadors.

People who carry the torch when you're not around.
andnbsp;
Because as a Group HSE Manager, you can't be everywhere at once... but your standards can be.
andnbsp;
This isn't about being stuck behind a desk updating paperwork.
andnbsp;
They don't need a clipboard-wielding Group HSE Manager...They need someone who truly embodies health and safety... and can translate that into something meaningful for the business.

You've successfully implemented ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
andnbsp;
You know what excellence looks like... and more importantly, how to guide people to reach it.

You'll report to the Commercial Director, with a dotted line to the Head of HR who gets health and safety. So you won't be in this alone...but you'll be given the autonomy to lead.

This is also a brand-new Group HSE Manager position.
andnbsp;
So yes... there might be some resistance....A few raised eyebrows.
Some old habits that will take time to break.
andnbsp;
But you'll have the freedom to do things the way you know is correct.
andnbsp;
The largest site has about 80 people, so this isn't a massive corporate machine. You'll get to know the team, how they operate, and what really needs to change.

As a Group HSE Manager, this role is a great fit for you if...

The salary ranges from andpound;55,000 to andpound;65,000, and it comes with a company car along with a profit-sharing scheme.

You'll be working from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday.
andnbsp;
