We are seeking reliable and skilled Handypersons to join our growing team, delivering high-quality maintenance services across residential properties. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general maintenance and repair works in occupied and void properties
- Basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor electrical tasks
- Respond to reactive maintenance requests efficiently
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health andamp; safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service when working in tenants' homes
- Maintain accurate records of work completed
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a similar handyperson or maintenance role
- Multi-skilled across basic trades
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
