Location: Bristol -andnbsp;Coverage andndash; Bristol, Swindon, South West (down to Hayle), South Wales.
Salary: andpound;29,000 (starting salary) - andpound;30,000 (following successful six-month probation)

This is a full-time position andndash; Monday to Friday

Our client is seeking a dependable Handyperson to join their expanding team based in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy practical work and wish to develop their skills within a supportive and professional environment.

The role involves installing, maintaining and repairing washroom systems across commercial sites. Comprehensive training, a company vehicle and fuel card will be provided.

Electrical, plumbing or drainage experience is advantageousl, as theandnbsp;company specialises in installing, maintaining, and carrying out reactive work in washrooms across a variety of corporate sites, as well as fitting air fresheners and hand dryers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain and repair washroom systems

  • Carry out plumbing and general maintenance tasks

  • Fit hand dryers and air fresheners (electrical work)
  • Travel to client sites as required

  • Conduct inspections and identify maintenance issues

  • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively

  • Maintain accurate records of work completed

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely project completion

  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence (essential)

  • Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required following successful completion of the six-month probation period
  • Practical or maintenance experience preferred

  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing or drainage systems is beneficial

  • Reliable with strong attention to detail

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
