THE ROLE

andnbsp; The main task will be the building of touchscreen EPoS systems ready to be installed by theirandnbsp;team of engineers across the UK.andnbsp;andnbsp;

WHAT YOUandrsquo;LL BE DOING

System builds

• andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Pre-install scanner set-up.
• andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Disk and andlsquo;Hotkeyandrsquo; set-up.
• andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Till and peripheral building/testing prior to installation.
• andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Liaise with front office for installation dates.
• andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Work closely with the installation engineers and customer support to ensure every installation runs smoothly, on time and with the correct equipment.
• Stock Shipping of replacement parts as required, on time and to the correct address.
• andnbsp;Recording/allocating stock serial numbersandnbsp;andnbsp;
• To keep the stock room/build area clean and tidy.
• andnbsp;Report stock shortages to hardware manager.
• andnbsp;Stocktaking on a bi-weekly basis.

General Duties

andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Cleaning of second hand/returned equipment.

andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Repair faulty equipment if possible.

andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Test repaired equipment.

andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Chase customers for return of loan/faulty equipment.

YOU SHOULD APPLY IF:

• You have a full clean driving licence.
• You have previous experience of working as part of a team.
• Demonstrable organisational skills, including time management, prioritisation of tasks and selfmotivation.
