Our client is currently looking to recruit an Interim Head of Capital Schools Programme on an initial 6 month contract
Interim Head of Capital Schools Programme (PFI andamp; BSF)
andpound;800 per day inside IR35
Liverpool - hybrid
Weandrsquo;re seeking an experienced interim to lead a c.andpound;80m education capital programme, covering school expansions (mainstream andamp; SEND), PFI, and BSF contracts.
Youandrsquo;ll drive delivery at pace, lead multidisciplinary teams, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and embed sustainability and net zero principles across the schools estate.

- Built environment degree + professional accreditation (RICS/RIBA/CIOB/APM)
- Strong background in education/public sector capital projects
- PFI/BSF contract management expertise
- Leadership of large teams and budgets
- Procurement, JCT/NEC contracts, and full project lifecycle delivery
